02 Eligibility

e777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Age Restriction: e777 takes underage gaming seriously. All accounts are subject to age verification. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account at e777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. e777 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are identified.

When registering your e777 account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
  • Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
  • Notify e777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Update your account information promptly if any details change.

e777 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, e777 will ask you to verify your identity. This typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is a one-time process and protects your account from fraud.

04 Deposits

e777 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (B DT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification checks.

  • Deposits are credited to your e777 account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.
  • e777 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider are outside e777's control.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • e777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if the source of funds cannot be verified.
Deposit Safety: Never share your bKash or Nagad PIN with anyone — including e777 support staff. e777 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN. If anyone claiming to be from e777 asks for your PIN, report it to our support team immediately.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at e777 are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard account withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes during normal operating hours.

  • Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • e777 charges no withdrawal fees. The full amount you request will be sent to your mobile wallet.
  • Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

e777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • e777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
  • e777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at e777 — including fishing games such as Gold Toad Fishing, Jackpot Fishing, and Diving, as well as table games and arcade titles — use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by e777 or any player.

  • Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are verified by independent third-party auditors.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.
  • If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded by the game server will stand.
  • e777 reserves the right to void bets placed during a known technical fault, even if a winning result was displayed.
  • Players must not use any software, script, or tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact e777 support within 48 hours of the disputed round. Provide your username, the game name, and the approximate time of the round. All disputes are reviewed against server-side game logs.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at e777 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

  • Creating more than one account on the e777 platform.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or interact with the platform.

  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

Zero Tolerance: e777 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, collusion, and abuse. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be permanently closed and relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

e777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
  • A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, e777 will notify you by email. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also close your own e777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Privacy & Data
